EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE REQUEST

You must reside in Arizona to receive this emergency food assistance. All requests must be submitted online and will be kept confidential.  Please do not send duplicate submissions.  One request is allowed per address. Your request will be reviewed and assistance will be provided on a first come, first served basis.  You will be contacted at the email  provided within 7-10 business days.  We love the people and the community that we serve.
